Leadership Camps at Austin Gun Club
Austin Gun Club is dedicated to helping people of all ages grow spiritually and bring people to Christ. We offer activities in which shooting, hunting, and other outdoor activities are used in conjunction with Biblical lessons to encourage, teach, and train our guests in building their relationship with Christ and with each other. Our activities are designed specifically to teach leadership skills and encourage participation in our hunting and fishing heritage with emphasis on conservation of the land and animals in which God gave us dominion and responsibility.
Summer Leadership Camps
Austin Gun Club holds several Outdoor Christian Leadership Camps for youth throughout the summer. Each camper will receive hunter’s education and shooting instruction with shotguns, pistols, rifles, and bows. We also take the boys to a nearby lake for canoeing and fishing. Ethical hunting practices, land and animal stewardship, basic survival skills, preparing and cooking game, and becoming involved politically to protect and preserve our rights as hunters, fishermen, and land owners. Everything the campers do will coincide with nightly devotionals, teaching them to become the leaders of the future.
Currently our camps are offered to boys in junior high school boys and high school. Camps are limited to 12 children per session.
Cost: $995 per child per 5 day camp.
